Beyond Priestly Formation

In addition to our work with seminaries and continuing formation programs, the Sulpicians operate two other facilities in the Baltimore metropolitan area:

Villa Olier, a Sulpician retirement community on the grounds of the former St. Charles College and Seminary
Our Lady of the Angels Parish which serves residents of Villa Olier as well as of the privately operated Charlestown Retirement Community which is also located on the site

Did You Know?

The original Our Lady of the Angels Chapel was designed as an imitation of Sainte-Chapelle in Paris. It was completed in 1866 after long delays caused by the American Civil War.
